The Rotofiber is a compact former with a hydraulic headbox and a short dewatering zone on a rotating shell. Designed for small and medium output production, a high level of vacuum can be applied to dewater low porosity grades. For the basis weight profile adjustment, the Rotofiber can be equipped with the distributor with basis weight control by dilution. It provides the highest standards of web formation and CD basis weight profiles whatever the fiber types and mixes and for any grade of nonwovens.
